Your pelvic floor is an important part of your body's movement and support system. It helps support your pelvic organs, contributes to bowel, bladder, and sexual function, and works together with your diaphragm, core, and hips to create stability every time you breathe, lift, and move.

Join Dr. Morgan for this interactive workshop designed to help you better understand this often-overlooked area of the body. You'll learn what the pelvic floor is, how it functions, and simple ways your daily habits can support long-term pelvic health.

During this workshop, you'll learn:

  • What the pelvic floor is and what it does

  • How the pelvic floor works together with your diaphragm, core, and hips

  • Why mobility, strength, and coordination all contribute to healthy pelvic floor function

  • Bathroom habits that can support a healthy pelvic floor

  • How to breathe and brace effectively during exercise and weightlifting

Whether you're experiencing pelvic pain, heaviness, leakage, constipation, navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause, or simply want to better understand your body, this workshop will give you practical tools you can apply every day.

Everyone has a pelvic floor, and everyone is welcome.
