Got any big hiking plans for this summer?
If you're in Texas, then you might be escaping to the mountains this summer for cooler weather and hiking. You also don't have a lot of training opportunities in Texas since our terrain is so flat!
The good news is that we can still prepare for our summer hiking trips by with strength and mobility exercises and walking/running programs this spring.
If you want to feel prepared for your next hiking adventure, come to this workshop to learn what exercises you can do in the next 4-8 weeks before your trip!
This will be a movement-based workshop so come prepared to move and get stronger for your summer travel!
